There are plans with office visit co-payments and Prescription options. There are Major Medical Plans also.

The Blue Selections Plans with a Dental Plan Option are available. We have the outlines, rates and applications for the plans available:

All Plans offer the Dental Option, have Prescription Coverage and an Accidental Dealth Life Benefit.

The Blue Selections Basic offers $1000, $2500, $5000 and $10,000 deductibles. It pays at 70/30 for co-insurance, and has a $500 deductible for Prescriptions then 50% coverage.  Blue Selections Basic Rates

The Blue Selections Plus plan offers $500, $1000, $2500 and $5000 deductibles. It pays at 80/20 for co-insurance, and has a no deductible for Prescriptions with 50% coverage.  Blue Selections Plus Rates

The Blue Selections Premier plan offers $500, $1000, $2500, $5000 and $7500 deductibles. The plan has $20 office visit and urgent care copayments. As well as $20 copayments for Annual Women's Exams, Well Baby Care and Immunizations. It pays at 80/20 for co-insurance, and has a no deductible for Prescriptions with 50% coverage.  Blue Selections Premier Rates

Regence HSA Healthplan offers Individual Plan Options of $1500, $2500 and $3500 deductibles. There are Family plan options of $3000, $5000 and $7000.  HSA Healthplan Rates

Regence Dentacare plan: This Dental Plan is offered through Willamette Dental Offices and will only be offered to enrollee's of a Blue Selections Health plan.
